Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fuel stations and roadhouses, ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.


Responsibilities:



  • Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services;
  • Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services;
  • Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties;
  • Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances;
  • Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures;
  • Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action;
  • Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock;
  • Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed;
  • Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.

Requirements:



  • Retail industry experience in a supervisory capacity;
  • Qualification- Certificate III in Retail management or similar.

The salary for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 plus superannuation.


Location: Cairns Central, Clermount, Dysart, Peak Downs, Blackwater, Emerald, Captains Mountain, Moranbah, Wulguru, Drighton, Gladstone.

Job Title: Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurants, ensuring that customers receive high-quality meals and excellent service.


Responsibilities:



  • Working with the chef and other kitchen staff to determine the contents and pricing of the menu, considering customer demand and seasonal trends;
  • Monitoring and ensuring monthly compliance with budgetary requirements and goals;
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing activities to increase revenue and market share;
  • Managing inventory and ordering stock as required to ensure it is fresh and of high quality;
  • Making sure the dining area of the restaurant is presented to a high standard for the ultimate customer experience;
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures regarding occupational health and safety requirements are always upheld and embedded in the work culture;
  • Recruiting, rostering, training, and termination of staff; This includes conducting interviews, performance reviews, and staff development sessions.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Minimum of 2 years of experience;
  • Qualification- Diploma in Hospitality or similar.

The salary for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 plus superannuation.

Job Title: Customer Service Lead - Fuel Station


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services at our fuel stations.


Responsibilities:



  • Scanning, weighing, and recording prices of goods;
  • Receiving and processing payments for goods and services;
  • Counting and recording money received and balancing against register sales records;
  • Recording and balancing petty cash disbursements;
  • Operating a computer terminal to administer the stores financial transaction system;
  • General Housekeeping.

Requirements:



  • Certificate I, or compulsory secondary education;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of Experience.

The salary for this position is $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus superannuation.
