Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Reconciliation Action Plan Officer. This role is responsible for coordinating and implementing reconciliation action plans across various departments, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote understanding and implementation of reconciliation action plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of improvement in our organization's diversity and inclusion practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Provide training and education to employees on reconciliation action plans and related policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business administration)
  • Proven experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
