Client Service Professional

Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Services Representative. As a key member of our client service division, you will be responsible for resolving routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve client inquiries related to operability of trading platforms, account administrative functions, product availability, exchange and clearing functions, order types, margin calculations, commission structure, and more.
- Coordinate activities with other local and international customer service divisions and interaction with external departments on common issues.
- Contribute to the development of client service systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services position is preferred but not essential.
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments such as stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange, and fixed income is preferred but not essential.
- Working knowledge of various exchange operations, regulations, product offerings, execution platforms, rules, and margin methodologies is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to obtain registrations such as FINRA Series 7, 63.
- Multi-language skills are a plus.
