We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as an Intermediary Client Services Officer. The role will involve supporting the Australian Intermediary Client Coverage team in administrative and business development activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with our local Marketing and Investment Strategy teams to build client relationships and raise assets. They will be responsible for assisting Intermediary Relationship Managers in sales activities, including client service and follow-up work, portfolio analysis, CRM maintenance, meeting preparation, and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Intermediary Relationship Managers in sales activities, including client service and follow-up work, portfolio analysis, CRM maintenance, meeting preparation, and coordination.
  • Becoming an expert in Salesforce to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, managing contact details, data accuracy, and sales/marketing segment lists.
  • General team administration, owning the coordination of responses to retail clients and outsourced client relations providers.
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with a broad range of clients, including financial advisers, IFAs, brokers, private wealth managers, private banks, family offices, and asset managers.
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns via Salesforce and client-facing engagement.
  • Communicating investment ideas and product information clearly to clients and prospects.
  • Working closely with Business Intelligence to leverage business and adviser flow insights and support the Coverage team with effective sales plans.
  • Supporting the Marketing team in generating effective EDMs for targeted sales campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have strong client service capabilities, experience in the asset management industry, preferably in ETFs and managed funds, and a degree qualification or equivalent with a financial or analytical discipline.
