Key Responsibilities

This is a varied and dynamic role with the following core duties:

  • Effectively manage and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding of new clients, overseeing project management of data collection and client updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
  • Coordinate closely with external stakeholders, including Stockbrokers, Accountants, Lawyers, banks, Superannuation funds, and Insurance companies.
  • Prepare comprehensive advice documents and annual review reports for clients.
  • Support client meetings and implement recommendations based on expert advice.
  • Oversee and maintain our CRM system (Xplan) to enhance knowledge of clients and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve various business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within Financial Planning or Accounting firms. A Diploma of Financial Planning is highly desirable but not essential. The successful applicant must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Xplan. Xplan expertise is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, robust numerical reasoning, exceptional interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and organisational abilities are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with:

  • Minimum 2+ years of office administration experience, preferably in Financial Planning or Accounting firms.
