
Strategic Workforce Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workforce planning and budget management initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, partnering with senior leaders, and embedding a data-led decision-making culture.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce planning and budget management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance
- Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps
- Embed a data-led decision-making culture across the organisation
- Manage financial performance tracking tools and communicate strategic priorities to the business
- Oversee the development of process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility
Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
