Program Coordinator Role

This is a key leadership position within the college's Leadership Team, focusing on promoting educational pathways and community links.

The successful applicant will provide strategic direction, foster a positive school culture, and promote capacity building within the school and community through educational leadership and program promotion.

  • Oversee all aspects of the Follow the Dream program, ensuring seamless integration into daily college operations.
  • Promote targeted programs and whole-school approaches to improve student achievement, aligned with the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework.
  • Foster relationships with Aboriginal families, communities, and industry groups to ensure effective program delivery and support for student pathways.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and foster a positive school culture in support of the Follow the Dream program.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Follow the Dream program, including managing financial resources and monitoring implementation.
  • Develop improvement strategies based on data and contextual information.
  • Collaborate with school leaders and teachers to implement targeted programs and whole-school approaches to improve student achievement.
  • Apply effective change strategies to facilitate opportunities that enhance educational outcomes.

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting students, staff, volunteers, and community members in sharing ownership of the program's vision and goals.
