About This Role

We are seeking a leader to create engaging and inclusive learning environments for children aged 0-5.

This Senior Educator will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the unique needs of each child and family.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices through regular coaching sessions and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children by conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized plans.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) to demonstrate expertise in early childhood development and education principles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards to ensure compliance and best practice in educational program delivery.
  • Current Western Australian Working with Children Check to verify suitability for working with children.
