Leadership Role in Education

This is a key position in the Department of Education, Western Australia.

As a senior leader, you will work closely with the Principal to provide educational leadership within the school and the broader community.

Your primary focus will be on developing and promoting the school's vision, encouraging active participation from staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders within the Arts and Design and Technology learning areas.

In your capacity as a curriculum leader, you will provide professional guidance to teachers, ensuring they stay informed on relevant curriculum issues.

You will facilitate teaching and learning outcomes, employing effective performance management strategies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement among the academic community.
