About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Quality to join our Minerals Australia team, providing specialist quality input to project teams and driving quality management excellence across our operations. As a key member of our Quality team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating quality management strategies, standards, procedures, and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with project teams to ensure quality focus is applied throughout all phases and functional areas.
  • Reviewing and endorsing quality-related documentation to ensure it meets our quality management standards.
  • Coordinating the review of vendor data and monitoring contractors to ensure quality management data is delivered, checked, and incorporated in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring the development of quality management plans and coordinating their execution to ensure effective management of project quality scope.
  • Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to increase capital efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluating key learnings, industry best practices, and innovations in quality management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
