IT Field Services Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Services Technician to provide expert technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user desktop and network support for clients.
  • Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configuration and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various hardware and software systems.
  • Understanding of network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with different operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and other tools used for providing off-site support.
