Comprehensive Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients with varied diagnostic groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Provide high-quality physiotherapy services through assessment, treatment, planning, and evidence-based practice.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development and quality improvement activities within the Allied Health Department.
- Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention.
- Experience in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
