Comprehensive Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a maternity leave opportunity that allows you to work part-time (20 hours per week) for 12 months from October 2025. We seek an experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients with diverse diagnostic groups.
If you have a passion for managing a fast stream caseload, this could be ideal.
Key Responsibilities- Provide rehabilitation services to inpatients and outpatients.
- Deliver excellent clinical services related to assessment, treatment, planning, and evidence-based practice.
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement activities within the Allied Health Department.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and professional development programs.
- Offer supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.
We offer various services including orthopaedics, neurology, cardiac, falls and balance, hydrotherapy, rehab in the home, and pain management. Our commitment to excellence ensures high-quality care to our patients.
Selection Criteria- Bachelor in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent clinical skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention.
- Experience in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Interest in developing pain management skills.
