Comprehensive Rehabilitation Specialist

Physiotherapists are essential members of rehabilitation teams. They play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and manage various health conditions.
This position is ideal for experienced physiotherapists who want to work in an interdisciplinary environment and provide comprehensive services to patients with diverse diagnostic groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services, participating in program development and quality improvement activities, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supervising junior staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients with various diagnostic groups.
- Deliver high-quality clinical services through assessment, treatment, planning, and evidence-based practice.
- Participate in program development and quality improvement activities within the Allied Health Department.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in professional development programs.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent clinical practice skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention.
- Experience in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Organized time management skills.
- Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork.
