We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Client Solutions Specialist.
About the Job
This is a unique opportunity to deliver outstanding service via phone, email, and web chat, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and financial advisers.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions through inbound calls and emails.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate records of client interactions to inform future communication and support.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- An enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
- Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work a rotating schedule between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
