Flexiwell Group is looking to engage an experienced customer service professional with stand out people skills to come and join us on a part-time (30 hours per week) basis.

Customer Support Officer will form an integral part of our small team.

The main purpose of the role is to provide customer care across all stages of service delivery. The position plays a pivotal role in delivering a high standard of customer service and supporting innovative product development and implementation. This role provides wraparound support for multiple stakeholders of the business, inclusive of practitioners who provide our services and people who access our service.

Key activities:

- Answering customer enquiries and providing customer support.
- Liaising with and providing stakeholders with information.
- Data entry and document formatting.
- Administering customer intakes and necessary follow-ups to collect all required information.
- Managing multiple stakeholders' participation in service delivery to ensure a smooth outcome for everyone.
- Assisting Flexiwell's Partners with facilitation of appointments where required.
- Assist with report reviews.
- Assist with services review and development as required.
