To succeed in these roles, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to effectively communicate with colleagues and provide top-notch service to our patrons. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to work a varied roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good organisational skills are essential for this position. Additionally, having knowledge of barista, cocktail, wine, and food would be highly beneficial, while honesty, punctuality, and a good sense of humour are also required.
