Expert Cardiovascular Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation and Heart Failure patient care team.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Cardiac Services Nurse Unit Manager to deliver high-quality clinical service, utilizing expert skills and knowledge to provide specialist care for patients requiring complex cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced nursing care to patients requiring inpatient and outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Postgraduate certificate or diploma relevant to the field of cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure.
- Advanced Life Support certification.
- Intravenous Cannulation skills.
- Advanced ECG Interpretation skills.
- Advanced cardiac assessment skills.
