Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton is seeking an accomplished Clinical Nurse/Midwife to join our Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, lead clinical teams, and foster a culture of safety.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional healthcare services through expert planning, coordination, and management.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to identify and address healthcare needs.
- Adhere to documentation standards and coordinate work functions effectively.
- Develop rosters, support policy implementation, and analyse data to promote customer satisfaction.
- Participate in quality activities, professional development, and team meetings.
- We seek a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse who possesses:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Regulation Agency as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialty.
- Postgraduate tertiary qualifications applicable to healthcare team speciality (desired).
- Advanced clinical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities in patient care management.
- Ability to work effectively within a collegiate healthcare team structure.
