What You Need to Succeed:

  • Graduated prior to the commencement of the program or no longer than 3 years ago with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture.
  • Be able to demonstrate customer service, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
