Design Engineering Role

Our organization is seeking a talented and dedicated Design Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative engineering projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance technical skills and gain valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate engineering drawings and Bills of Material from client specifications, supplier data, and engineering requests.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams to support design calculations, detailed drawings, and provide technical expertise.
  • Manage engineering data by setting up and maintaining materials, assemblies, and manufacturing details in ERP systems.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical queries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
