What You Will Do
As a Principal Engineer , you will:
Lead the design of complex electro-mechanical systems, focusing on system architecture for breakthrough diagnostic products.
Consult with clients to capture key requirements, constraints, and engineering criteria, then architect system designs that deliver breakthrough products while meeting business, technical, and regulatory goals.
Direct cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring designs are robust, compliant, and delivered on time and on budget.
Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence, quality, and manufacturability.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ensure quality, manufacturability, and successful
