Job Title:

Credit Management Specialist

This is a pivotal role in our finance department where you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable.

The successful candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's accounts receivable with full ownership of your ledger and ensure timely customer payments.
  • Perform collections, account reconciliation and direct client contact for collection calls and follow-ups.
  • Resolve issues with internal teams and perform administrative duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar credit control role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Apxium and MYOB PM.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
