Automation Manager - Credit Risk Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Automation Manager to join our team. This role is a key position in our Business Credit Risk Strategy Centre of Excellence, responsible for developing and implementing automated credit strategies that drive business outcomes.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of credit strategy changes in our credit decisioning system, driving business optimisation while ensuring strong customer outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, engineering, and risk management practices will be critical in building effective strategies that provide the best risk-reward outcome.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and teams. They will be able to communicate technical insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Manage end-to-end credit strategy changes in our systems, such as changes to scorecard cutoffs, serviceability parameters, etc.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture, modelling, and visualisation techniques.
  • Monitor emerging trends in data analytics, data science, AI, and technology and share findings with the team.
