Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with clients to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads, providing occupational rehabilitation services and support.
  • Collaborate with employers, employees, and medical professionals to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address psychosocial barriers to employment.
  • Work across various schemes, including workers' compensation, compulsory third party, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology, registered with AHPRA or ESSA, and SIRA Accreditation.
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong time management skills.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
