As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and processing paperwork.

We are looking for someone who is great with people, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering patients and processing relevant paperwork on arrival
  • Answering telephone promptly and responding to all enquiries
  • Scheduling of appointments using our state-of-the-art systems
  • Determine and inform our patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival
  • Manage and prepare appointments to maximise efficiencies for the clinic
  • Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients
  • Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims
