About the RoleOversee daily operational functions, workforce planning, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with OHS standards through regular audits and incident investigations.
- Manage resource allocation, staffing, and training programs effectively.
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues.
- Knowledge of operational health, safety, and environmental compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within Recycling/Waste facility or allied industry.
- Associated tickets for mobile plant operation.
- Leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
