Job Summary:

We are seeking a registered pharmacist to join our team in Logan Hyperdome. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience, maximizing revenue goals, and ensuring compliance with inventory, security, and system protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and lead a team of pharmacist assistants
  • Build and implement systems and processes for the dispensary
  • Collaborate with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomes
  • Attend clinic/dispensary meetings to communicate stock availability
  • Dispensing medications
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Ensuring compliance with pharmacy guidelines
  • Stock ordering and management, ensuring balances are checked and correct
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in Australia
  • Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be trained up on new pharmacy-related software to improve efficiencies
