About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional with luxury retail experience to join our team as a Sales and Education Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Assist in developing and executing action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives of assigned counters.
  2. Performance Analysis: Analyze and review counter sales and business analyst performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
  3. Team Management: Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that focuses on achieving sales and profit goals.
Training and Coaching
  1. Virtual and On-Counter Training: Provide training and coaching in brand products and customer service to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  2. Training Needs Assessment: Identify training needs of assigned counters, such as Estee at Your Service, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  3. Partnership with Education Team: Collaborate with the education team to further develop customer service skills and provide update training on new launches.
Promotions and Events
  1. Event Planning: Identify opportunities to hold on-counter or off-counter events to drive artist and consumer engagement and drive sales.
  2. Event Execution: Assist in planning and leading all events, working with relevant stakeholders, including retailers, airports, marketing, and education teams.
  3. Counter Manager Coaching: Coach counter managers on leading and managing the store and team during events.
Inventory Management
  1. Inventory Control: Ensure counter managers have the necessary tools and training to manage inventory levels properly.
  2. Inventory Recommendations: Recommend and maintain the inventory of display and merchandising materials.
  3. Slow-Moving Products: Identify slow-moving products or overstocks and develop a sell-through plan to execute on counter.
Human Resources
  1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in recruiting and hiring high-quality management and retail staff to meet brand standards of excellence.
  2. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to empower counter managers to run their businesses successfully.
  3. Performance Feedback: Provide clear and constructive feedback to counter managers and business analysts on their job performance.
