**Job Overview**

This is a unique opportunity to assume the role of Property Management Coordinator, where you will be responsible for supporting our property management and sales teams by conducting routine property inspections, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring properties are presented at their best.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service, quality control, and efficiency in all aspects of property management. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting regular inspections of rental properties, documenting and reporting on property conditions
  • Coordinating minor maintenance tasks and liaising with tradespeople as needed
  • Assisting with preparing properties for sale or lease, including signage placement and key management
  • Providing exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of property inspections and maintenance activities

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle insurance
  • An Agent Representative certificate or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
