About the Role:

The team supports policy priorities through strategic advice to senior government officials. We manage key communication materials related to budget updates.

We have direct liaison with the Minister's Office and external stakeholders. Capability building and communication of key requirements are also key elements of our focus.

About the Opportunities:

Flexible working is required as part of a dynamic team to ensure high-quality briefs for various government committees. Best practice advice on briefing products is also a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with government agencies to facilitate clearance of briefs and manage expectations of briefing products.
  • Assist in developing whole-of-government advice to inform Commonwealth agencies of key budget processes and timelines.
  • Coordinate the development and finalisation of materials provided to senior government officials in relation to budget outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship.
  • A minimum security clearance prior to commencement.
