About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Local Area Coordinator to join our team at Feros Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities, their families, and carers in the ACT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide linkage and referrals to community and mainstream services, as well as services funded by the NDIAs Grant programs.
  • Offer information and support to people with disabilities and their families to access mainstream services and participate in the community.
  • Build and maintain positive partnerships within the wider community to refer participants to a diverse range of community and other government services.
  • Develop strong community partnerships that support capacity building to make communities more accessible and inclusive.
