  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse carrier performance against key metrics including delivery timeliness, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all carriers adhere to national transport regulations, safety standards, and company-specific compliance protocols.
  • KPI Development and Reporting: Define, implement, and report on transport KPIs across regions, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify and execute opportunities to streamline transport operations, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery through data-driven insights.

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven experience in transport or logistics management, ideally overseeing multiple carriers across diverse regions.
  • Strong understanding of Australian transport regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, analyse, and improve performance using KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence carrier performance and resolve issues.
