Job Title: Transport Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Transport Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong network and understanding of the transport infrastructure market and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the transport sector
  • Provide expert advice on transport infrastructure projects and tenders
  • Liaise with clients, industry groups and stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify opportunities
  • Manage and develop direct reports, including talent management and performance support
  • Attend and present at industry events to promote the company brand
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience securing and delivering work in the transport sector
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor technical staff
  • Strong industry knowledge and local networks
  • Business Development experience and ability to develop marketing strategies
