Role OverviewThe Patient Transport Training Expert will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training and assessment to ensure individuals meet the required standards in Non Emergency Patient Transport.
This role involves conducting training courses according to national frameworks, organisational policies, and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and needs
- Evaluate student performance to ensure they meet the necessary criteria
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance student outcomes
- Travel within the Melbourne metropolitan area to conduct training sessions
- A relevant qualification in Vocational Education & Training (Cert IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent)
- Experience as a Patient Transport Officer, Ambulance Transport Attendant, or other relevant industry expertise
- Demonstrated passion for training and education in patient transport
- Basic IT skills and ability to adapt to new technology
