Job Title

A Purchasing Manager is required to lead and manage a purchasing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Purchasing team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee the purchasing process, aligning with company stock policy and quality standards
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure supplier compliance with company requirements
  • Provide regular reports on key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a purchasing role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with high degree of initiative and ability to work independently
