As a key member of our purchasing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our end-to-end purchasing process.

**About the Role:**

Assist in all aspects of purchasing from raising purchase orders to clearance of goods, tracking vessels and chasing documentation. Build strong relationships with suppliers, customs agents, freight forwarders, and AQIS to ensure compliance and efficiency.

- Raise and authorise purchase orders to meet business needs

- Manage stock levels and inventory to maintain optimal supply chain operations

- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive purchasing strategy

- Track and monitor all international purchases to ensure timely delivery

- Identify opportunities for improved purchasing strategies and implement changes as needed

- Perform administrative tasks to support the purchasing function

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
