Process Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Process Transformation Strategist to lead the transformation of our Enterprise and Business processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing process transformation strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • Create and implement process transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead large-scale process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and automation techniques.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to remove friction and enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure success.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to share best practices and influence outcomes.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) with a proven track record in automation.
  • Australian Citizenship and the ability to attain AGSVA baseline clearance, NV1.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen balancing business performance with customer-first outcomes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 is desirable.
