Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned hydrogeologist to lead our team in conducting thorough groundwater investigations and impact assessments. As a senior member of our technical team, you will be responsible for developing advanced conceptual and numerical models that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive hydrogeological investigations and groundwater impact assessments to inform business decisions
  • Designing and interpreting aquifer testing programs to optimize resource management
  • Developing and implementing conceptual and numerical models to predict groundwater behavior
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication
  • Preparing high-quality reports and peer reviews to maintain industry standards
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Geology or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in groundwater projects, preferably in leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of WA regulatory frameworks and groundwater legislation
  • Proficiency in MODFLOW, FEFLOW or similar modeling tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to business development
