Water Resources Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Water Resources Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your academic and professional knowledge to real-world projects for Tier 1 energy and resource clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execution of fieldwork programs, including drilling supervision, geotechnical logging, soil testing, and groundwater monitoring
  • Critical analysis and assessment of groundwater and geological data
  • Geospatial and 3D analysis using GIS and Leapfrog software
  • Conceptual assessment of groundwater flow, fate, and transport
  • Quantitative groundwater assessments using numerical modeling tools
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in geology, earth science, geochemistry, hydrology, or engineering
  • Postgraduate MSc or similar in hydrogeology (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of direct consulting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams and demonstrated success in teamwork
  • Effective communication skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment
Favorable Skills:
  • Postgraduate MSc or similar in hydrogeology
  • Strong GIS skills - ArcGIS, QGIS, or Surfer
  • Strong data handling and manipulation skills, and data analysis
  • Experience with Leapfrog, or other 3D volumetric modeling software
