About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud and Scam Manager to join our team at Regional Australia Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team dedicated to preventing financial crimes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to combat financial crime, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance fraud prevention skills and educate employees on best practices.
  • Ensure operational excellence, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in financial crime prevention, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
