We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant, Fraud Strategy to join a newly created team in Personal Everyday Banking.

As an experienced fraud analyst will support in setting up the fraud risk settings and governance framework. Working closely with teams across NAB, including Group Investigations and Fraud, Financial Crime Operations and second line risk teams to support initiatives and new functionalities to enable Personal Banking to meet customer service standards.

Working closely with the Head of Fraud and your team, you will:

- Support the ongoing uplift in fraud performance and initiatives
- Deliver high NPS for Fraud & Disputes journey
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners
- Ensure compliance and governance

**What you will bring**

As an experienced fraud professional, you will be passionate about your industry and contributing to improving our customers experience. A natural problem solver, you will enjoy working with data and producing solutions. Tertiary qualified in a relevant field, you can demonstrate:

- Experience working in fraud prevention and detection domain with a focus on consumer payments
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend complex data and identify fraud patterns and root causes
- Hands on, independent and results driven mentality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of financial products and services
