About the Role

This key role involves working closely with customers to resolve their queries and concerns, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities will include managing a combination of inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries, developing excellent rapport with customers, and identifying complex problems to resolve them or escalate where necessary.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment;

Key Responsibilities
