Arborist and Grounds Crew Opportunities

We are seeking skilled Tree Workers/Arborists to fill various roles in our Penrith team.

  • Ground Crews: Proficient in felling trees from the ground, ensuring efficient tree removal and stump grinding services.
  • EWP Operators: Hold a current EWP High Risk Work Licence for safe and effective aerial operations.
  • Tree Climbers: Receive an additional $6.85 per hour climbing allowance for hazardous tree work.

The selected candidates will be involved in pruning vegetation around powerlines, managing debris removal, chipping, and other physically demanding tasks requiring strong teamwork and time management skills.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in the tree industry or labouring for experienced tradesmen, with a strong commitment to safety and a determined work approach.
  • Physical fitness to work in various outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug, and alcohol tests, demonstrating your dedication to a safe working environment.
  • Confidence around machinery and willingness to take on all roles in a tree crew, including chipper operation, ground clearing, foliar spraying, and cutting from an EWP.
