Job Description

Partner with leaders and staff to ensure a smooth, productive transition process that supports employee engagement and operational continuity.

  • Build and maintain relationships across departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the transition.
  • Provide tailored support to teams, addressing specific needs and challenges to facilitate a positive transition experience.
  • Conduct workforce modelling and team design, developing organisational charts that reflect the new structure and align with strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning, or a similar field.
  • Experience in supporting workforce transitions and organisational change.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data effectively.
  • High-level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including negotiation skills.
