Business Transformation Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to support our organization with adopting, managing, embracing and embedding change for a significant multi-year business transformation program.

About the Opportunity

This role is responsible for implementing change management across the program, including planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables. The Business Transformation Specialist will also assist in the development of a change approach that suits the needs of the business, as well as the development of a change plan based on situational analysis.

The Business Transformation Specialist will provide inputs to the Change Forum and support business teams to prepare for and adopt changes across workstreams, including:
