NDIS Administrator Role

The role of NDIS Administrator is critical in facilitating effective communication between service providers and the administrative body for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Key responsibilities include processing and submitting invoices and claims, preparing quotes and agreements, monitoring plan expiration, and following up on outstanding debts.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and debt collection.
  • Excellent investigation skills with the ability to analyze diverse data sources.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and systems.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position located at our office. The successful candidate will be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality information flow.
