Role Overview

The role of an Optical Dispenser is a customer-focused position that involves providing world-class service to customers seeking eye care solutions.

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by offering personalized advice and recommending products and services that meet their needs.

You will be supported by a network of passionate professionals working towards the same goal of helping people live healthier, happier lives.

This is a permanent part-time role, working 30 hours per week. We are seeking someone who can cover a range of weekdays and weekends.

About You

  • You are active and passionate about your service delivery.
  • Previous experience, interest or studying in optics is ideal.
  • You have a passion for up-to-date trends and flair for fashion.
  • You are willing to assist customers with appropriate frame selection and make lens recommendations.
  • You take pride in product and store by maintaining high standards and promoting our professional image.
  • Ability to work towards achieving store sales targets with promotional campaigns and special offers.
