Job Description

As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality eyewear services.

  • Deliver eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients that lead to repeat business.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


About You
  • At least 1 year of experience in optical or 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Prior experience with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident and effective communication skills.
  • Able to build trusting and respectful relationships.
  • A positive and friendly attitude.

An Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desirable but not essential.
