Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Customer Services Student to join our Mobility Aftermarket division on a Full-Time basis. As an integral part of our team, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in customer service excellence, process improvement, and data analytics.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in driving customer service excellence through the implementation and refinement of regional standardised processes.
  • Supporting and driving continuous improvement through data analytics, monitoring of KPIs, and development of effective measures to improve Customer Service Level.
  • Building sufficient knowledge of Customer Service Order to Cash (O2C), Supply Chain and Procure To Pay (P2P) process to provide operational support to the MA-AO team.
  • Providing support for the MA-AO team, resolving issues by closely working with central functions, Management and Shared Service colleagues.
  • Conducting value stream workshops with indirect areas to identify areas for improvement and document target processes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be currently enrolled in and completed units towards an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented approach and a drive to achieve outcomes.
  • Time management and experience working in a team environment highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and articulate reasons for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with SAP (SD module), Power BI, or similar tools is desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or process improvement roles is beneficial.
